2. What Data We Process

   If during testing you enter personal data (name, surname, e-mail, CV, candidate profile), we process it solely for testing the functionality of the Application, improving service quality, and ensuring system stability.




3. Legal Basis

   We process personal data on the basis of: a) your consent, when you voluntarily enter data into the Application, or b) our legitimate interest in developing and testing the functionalities of the Application, improving the quality of the service, and ensuring the stability and security of the system (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).




4. Retention Period

   Data entered in the beta version is retained only during the testing phase and is deleted after its completion, unless the user requests earlier deletion.




5. Data Sharing

   Data is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for technical maintenance of the Application (e.g., hosting).




6. Your Rights

   You have the right to: request access to your data, request rectification or deletion, restrict processing, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with AZOP (Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency).
